Claims for damages or shortages must be reported to Snow Cap within 3 days after receipt of goods.
If there is a recall with a product stocked at Snow Cap, how will I find out?
Snow Cap Enterprises Quality Assurance team has a recall system in place with product traceability to inform customers by phone, recall letters, email or fax.
